Our ‘wine & food’, or enogastronomia, offer the best of the local products, with wines such as Dolcetto, Barbera, Barbaresco and Nebbiolo; our meat from the prestigious Fassona race; cheese and mushrooms which we also provide for the best restaurants of the area. If this is still a too restricted choice, then why not immerse yourself into more enogastronomia  of Piedemont by visiting the nearby Langhe (Heritage of UNESCO).

The Cascina Burroni owns a wooded area where the white truffle grows, and its white truffles are awarded the official quality and location stamps.
